Here’s how it works:

• Complete the enrollment and order form below

• Once you press ‘submit’ at the end of this form, Huntington will perform a quick credit check

• Huntington will then send you a Lease Schedule via DocuSign and order your ovens from the supplier

What you will need to complete this process:

• The selection of oven(s) you wish to order, including voltage, phase and hinge side

• Your Legal Entity information (address, tax ID, ownership information)

• Your billing preferences

Please complete one enrollment process per legal entity.

This will take approximately 10 minutes to complete.
