How it Works

  • Enrollment

    Use the ‘Get Started’ button at the top of the page to begin the enrollment process. We’ll ask for some simple information, you’ll select the ovens you wish to order and complete our Credit Application. We’ll then send a Lease Schedule to you via DocuSign for your signature.

  • Equipment Ordering & Shipping

    Once you have completed the Credit App and signed the Lease Schedule, and Huntington has approved your application, Huntington will order the equipment you have selected. Shortly after these have shipped, Huntington will pay the oven supplier and initiate your lease.

  • Account Management

    We know you are busy! Huntington and Subway have worked to make this as easy as possible. We’ll debit your account monthly for the lease payment and provide online tools for you to monitor your account. When it’s time to refresh your ovens, we’ll help with that too!
